On September 24, young professionals from the Greater Toronto Area business communities came together in Toronto for our latest Young Professionals Meetup: Technology, Personal Brand & the Future of Work.

The evening brought together two very different but equally relevant perspectives on how young professionals can prepare for the changing world of work.

Steve Boutin, General Manager of 3stepIT Canada, shared insights into technology, sustainability and the evolving way organizations manage their IT assets. Drawing on 3stepIT’s Nordic approach to sustainable technology lifecycle management, Steve explored how businesses can make smarter technology decisions while reducing waste and maximizing the value of their IT investments.

Anna Lolomari, Founder and Style & Image Consultant at Zesty Lifestyle, shifted the conversation to personal brand and professional presence. Anna shared practical advice on how the way we present ourselves can influence confidence, credibility and the impression we make — and how personal style can become an intentional part of building a professional brand.

Following the presentations, attendees had plenty of time to continue the conversation, make new connections and reconnect with familiar faces over drinks and refreshments.

Our Young Professionals Meetups are organized in collaboration with the Canada Finland Chamber of Commerce, Swedish Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Danish Canadian Chamber of Commerce, bringing together the next generation of professionals from across our Nordic-Canadian business communities.

A special thank you to 3stepIT for generously hosting and sponsoring the venue and beverages for the evening, and to Steve and Anna for sharing their expertise with our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make another Young Professionals Meetup a great evening of learning, conversation and new connections.
