Our Young Professionals Meetup on September 18 was another fantastic success — thank you to everyone who joined us!
This edition was proudly hosted by the Danish Canadian Chamber of Commerce at Greenland Resources’ Toronto office, as part of our ongoing collaborative initiative between the Finnish, Swedish, and Danish Chambers of Commerce.
We welcomed a strong turnout of students and young professionals eager to learn and connect. The evening featured two outstanding presentations:

Dr. Ruben Shiffman, Executive Chairman, Greenland Resources – Milestones, Mining, and the Future of Talent

Rebecka Hornburg – How to Negotiate Your Contract and Salary
Both talks offered valuable insights, from industry-level opportunities in mining and clean energy to practical career advice for navigating contract and salary negotiations. Attendees shared excellent feedback, with many noting how the combination of business strategy and personal growth made the evening especially impactful.
Networking carried on well past the scheduled end time, with lively conversations, new introductions, and career-focused discussions continuing throughout the evening.
