The Canada Finland Chamber of Commerce hosted Women in Leadership: Real Conversations, Real Impact, an inspiring panel discussion that brought together women leaders from law, healthcare, entrepreneurship, coaching, marketing, and international business.
The event explored leadership beyond titles, focusing on the real experiences, challenges, and lessons that shape professional growth. The discussion touched on themes such as building credibility, creating opportunities, navigating uncertainty, developing confidence, growing through challenges, and building meaningful relationships in professional communities.
