The CFCC was created in 1971 and has filled a vital role in the Finnish Canadian business community.

The objectives of the CFCC are to foster and encourage trade as well as promote business and commercial relations between Finland and Canada. In addition, the Chamber offers networking to members with a myriad of professionals and business executives in the Greater Toronto Area.

The CFCC hosts a variety of cultural, social and educational activities for its members. The Chamber has organized educational tours of operation (CTV, Nokia, City TV) and seminars/lectures with learned guest speakers and leaders in Finnish business.
